General Questions

Atleast 3-4 working days to confirm for donations raised by SMS or Mobile money. This is a convenient means for donors to reach us.

Web donations will show up on our database approximately 24 hours after the transaction is complete, but donors will receive an immediate confirmation of their donation.

Yes, but we only accept donations in U.S. dollars. Foreign donors giving in US dollars (i.e. via credit card) will receive a mailed acknowledgement from Ugam.
These contributions are tax-deductible in the US.
